He has written Grammy and Emmy nominated songs. His composition, “Holes In The Floor Of Heaven”, co-written with Steve Wariner, won Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music awards for song of the year. As a pianist, Kirsch has appeared on television shows such as The View and Regis and Kathy Lee, and played on recordings of his original songs recorded by Wynonna Judd, Steve Wariner, Jimmy Wayne, John Berry, Chalee Tennison and others. ==Early life== Billy Kirsch was born in New York City and grew up in Westchester County, New York. He started playing piano at age seven and was classically trained. By the time he was in high school, Kirsch was performing and writing his own songs.
